We create and coach individualised football courses specialising in small group, position specific sessions working on the attributes and skills needed to play those positions. Really zooming in on what makes a player excel in that area of the pitch. You don't have to be a midfielder to improve your scanning and penetrative passing, anyone can!

It's important for players to experience a variety of different positions throughout their playing careers to develop the different abilities each position needs. This will improve their footballing ability, make them a more rounded player and won't just limit them to 1 or 2 set positions.

My name is Giuseppe Lombardelli, and I have been a football coach for over 6 years. I have immersed myself in the world of football and have dedicated myself to learning and applying different styles and techniques to refine my craft. Fueled by a passion for player development, I've worked with individuals of all ages, genders, and abilities- ranging from Category 1 Professional Academy Players to those simply seeking a casual kickabout at after-school clubs.

Throughout my coaching journey with reputable clubs and institutions like the Brighton Foundation, Bede's School, Hastings United, Eastbourne Rangers and Sussex Downs College, I've seen the dynamic evolution of football. Players are no longer confined to playing a single position, today's players need versatility and a deep understanding of various positions. This is where I come in, offering coaching on playing different positions and passing on the required knowledge and techniques.

In my sessions, limited to just 10 players, I prioritize quality over quantity, allowing me to focus intently on each player's development- both as a footballer and individuals. I've crafted a detailed syllabus tailored to specific age groups and positions, ensuring that every aspect of the training serves a purpose, fostering continuous improvement.
